Estabelecer relações entre os conhecimentos de fisiologia vegetal e nutrição mineral de plantas, associando nutrientes às rotas metabólicas relacionadas ao crescimento e desenvolvimento vegetal com ênfase no transporte de fotoassimilados, na ação de hormônios vegetais e nas interações com estresses abióticos e bióticos.
