Influência dos fatores pré e pós-colheita na longevidade dos produtos. Preparo do produto para o mercado. Tratamentos para aumentar a longevidade do produto. Tecnologias de conservação. Principais danos fisiológicos na pós-colheita. Qualidade e segurança de produtos hortícolas.
