Tem experiência na área de Ecologia, com ênfase em Ecologia Aplicada, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: produção e extrativismo vegetal, produtos vegetais nao madeiráveis, desenvolvimento sustentável, biologia da conservação, Floresta Atlântica e Floresta com Araucaria.
