Morphological and physiological bases of in vitro culture. Micropropagation techniques (organogenesis: multiplication of axillary shoots, meristem and shoot 
culture, regeneration of adventitious shoots, and somatic embryogenesis): stages, advantages, disadvantages and applications. Problems in the induction and 
maintenance of in vitro cultures.
