Para isso, abra um processo no SEI do tipo \u201cPROGEPE: Contagem de tempo de servi\u00e7o\u201d. Insira um documento \u201cDespacho\u201d com o texto-padr\u00e3o \u201cCONTAGEM DE TEMPO AFAST.\u201d Preencha as informa\u00e7\u00f5es solicitadas, assine digitalmente e tramite o processo para a Unidade de Benef\u00edcios do DAP \u2013 Progepe. Receberemos o processo com a certid\u00e3o e a encaminharemos por e-mail.<br>&nbsp;<br><em>PRAZOS PARA TRAMITAR \u00c0 URFC &#8211; PROGEPE: <\/em><br><em>30 dias antes da data inicial do afastamento nos casos de afastamento at\u00e9 90 dias. <\/em><br><em>50 dias antes da data inicial do afastamento nos casos de afastamento acima de 90 dias.<\/em><br>OBS: Sempre leve em conta que o processo, antes de seguir para a PROGEPE, passar\u00e1 pela Dire\u00e7\u00e3o do Setor para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Check list de eventos e cursos de extens\u00e3o:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eventos e cursos que n\u00e3o foram submetidos dentro do prazo (30 dias antes do in\u00edcio do evento ou curso), sem a devida justificativa, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o aprovados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se for um evento ou curso vinculado a um programa ou projeto \u00e9 preciso colocar o n\u00famero do programa e\/ou projeto, n\u00e3o apenas o nome;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colaborador ou ministrante externo precisa ter curr\u00edculo anexado no campo recursos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frequ\u00eancia e certifica\u00e7\u00e3o: precisa estar expl\u00edcito 80% de frequ\u00eancia m\u00ednima e quem ser\u00e1 certificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objetivo geral: precisa contemplar as normas extensionistas da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 72\/11 CEPE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomar cuidado, h\u00e1 eventos de extens\u00e3o\/ projetos que se caracterizam como cursos de extens\u00e3o.
