Instructions for poster presentations with mini presentation at the 3^rd BSPM

Poster exhibition sessions will take place from Monday to Thursday, simultaneously with the coffee break, between 3:50 to 4:30pm. The poster should be in English and its size should not be more than 90 cm wide and 120 cm high.

Preceding each poster exhibition session there will be a session (from 3:15 to 3:50pm) in the auditorium for an introduction to that day´s posters by the presenters. This presentation is mandatory and is expected to be in English, Portuguese or Spanish. It is suggested that during this mini-presentation, the entire poster (or in 2 or 3 parts), in English, is shown using the multimedia projection equipment. The respective file should be sent over to the organization (bspm2015@ufpr.br) in advance until May-29 (Thursday).  Make sure you can addtess your poster’s key points and conclusions in 1.5 minutes (maximum 2 minutes). The goal is to draw attention to your poster and mention some highlights.
